The world's easiet cookie and pretty darn good too...

Cuppa, Cuppa, Egg Peanut Butter Cookie

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of peanut butter (either smooth or chunky)
- 1 egg

Mix all three ingredients together and roll into balls the size of a walnut. Flatten with a fork and then repeat going the opposite direction. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool for a few minutes to set and then remove to a cooling rack.

These are so good with a glass of milk. Yum!
